Position Overview
We are in search of a committed Customer Service Representative to fulfill various responsibilities related to the intake of patient information concerning durable medical equipment and respiratory products. This role involves effective communication with patients, colleagues, and referral sources regarding patient services and third-party reimbursement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in updating respiratory documentation
  • Review previous day’s routes and verify all paperwork for accuracy
  • Engage with patients and referral sources to address inquiries promptly
  • Complete standard operating procedures and maintain tracking logs
  • Adhere to company policies to comply with industry standards
  • Coordinate patient information and prepare necessary documentation for billing
  • Maintain logs for referrals
  • Monitor and manage office supplies
  • Prepare weekly deposits
  • Generate invoices for upcoming routes
  • Process paperwork, confirm tickets, and set up new patient files
  • Assist with retail equipment requests
  • Provide technical support to customers
  • Verify insurance coverage details
  • Collaborate with external agencies to resolve customer issues
  • May require on-call duties and deliveries to patients
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned
Employment Requirements

  • Experience with medical equipment and terminology
