Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to patients, healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders. You will be the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, concerns, and issues related to medical equipment and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to patients, healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders
  • Respond to customer inquiries, concerns, and issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a fair and efficient manner
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve customer satisfaction
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers
  • Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets and key performance indicators
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1-2 years of customer service experience in a healthcare setting preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office
