New Communities Inc is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Mental Health Rehabilitation Technician (MHRT) to join our team. As an MHRT, you will play a vital role in supporting adults with persistent mental health challenges in a residential setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist clients in achieving their goals through a personalized approach
  • Encourage change through positive reinforcement and support
  • Administer medication as needed
  • Promote community integration and inclusion
  • Participate in recreational and social activities with clients
