New Communities Inc is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Mental Health Rehabilitation Technician (MHRT) to join our team. As an MHRT, you will play a vital role in supporting adults with persistent mental health challenges in a residential setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist clients in achieving their goals through a personalized approach
- Encourage change through positive reinforcement and support
- Administer medication as needed
- Promote community integration and inclusion
- Participate in recreational and social activities with clients
