About the Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Research Data Analyst to join our team at InsideHigherEd. As a key member of our data coordinating center, you will be responsible for curating and validating data and information collected from various sources.

Key Responsibilities
  • Curate data and content for the Diabetic Complications Consortium, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
  • Maintain data providence while facilitating data capture, data cleaning, and data validation.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by the Principal Investigator.
Requirements
  • Master's degree from an accredited college or university in Computer Science or a related field.
  • OR Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university with a minimum of three years of equivalent experience in a related field.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bioinformatics training and experience in development of algorithms and analytic approaches for genomic and proteomic data analysis and integration.
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer software/databases.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality.
Working Conditions

This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and benefits package. The successful candidate will be required to pass a background check and may be subject to a credit check and motor vehicle report, as applicable.
