Job Summary

ConMet is seeking a skilled Manufacturing Quality Inspector to join our team. As a key member of our production floor team, you will be responsible for conducting visual inspections of parts, performing quality control checks, and ensuring that products meet customer specifications and quality requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct visual inspections of parts on the production floor to ensure quality and accuracy.
  • Perform quality control checks to identify and reject non-conforming parts.
  • Communicate with production supervisors and quality managers to resolve any issues or concerns.
  • Maintain and calibrate instrumentation devices to ensure accurate measurements.
  • Provide training and support to colleagues as needed.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • One year of experience in a manufacturing or quality control environment preferred.
  • Ability to understand and follow detailed instructions and procedures.
  • Familiarity with visual inspection techniques and quality control principles.
