Inspector Sorter

The Neil Jones Food Company is a leading manufacturer of high-quality canned and pouched products. We are seeking a skilled Inspector Sorter to join our team at our Northwest Packing plant in Vancouver, WA.

• Ensure the highest level of food safety and quality control throughout the production process.
• Sort and inspect fruit on the production line, removing any products that do not meet our quality standards.
• Wear proper personal protective equipment, including waterproof shoes, gloves, and safety glasses.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• At least one year of experience in a manufacturing or industrial facility, preferably in the food industry.
• Ability to determine quality products by observing dents and defects.
• Effective communication skills to work with peers and management.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test and work extended schedules, weekends, and any shift assigned during the fresh pack season.

• Hourly union wage: $16.30.
• Eligible for paid sick leave.
