Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the technical aspects of data feeds and integrations, ensuring seamless data exchange between systems.
  • Configure and customize the CRM platform to meet the specific needs of the organization, including setting up workflows, automation, and integrations with other business systems.
  • Monitor and report on system performance metrics, identifying performance issues and implementing optimizations to ensure smooth and efficient operation of the CRM platform.
  • Implement and maintain security measures to protect sensitive customer data, conducting regular security audits and updating protocols to comply with industry standards.
  • Manage user access and permissions, ensuring data security and compliance.
  • Collaborate with the Advancement Business Analyst to create and maintain suitable processes to support Advancement Operations, Development Office, and Technology Lifecycle activities.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or related field from an accredited college or university.
  • Minimum of three years of experience as a systems administrator or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Strong understanding of information systems and business applications, including CRM platforms and data management tools.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate and interact effectively with a diverse group of people.
  • Ability to process and handle confidential information with discretion.
