About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at AHC Vanco. As a LPN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and supporting the well-being of our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personalized healthcare to residents, including prescribed treatments and procedures.
  • Supervise and direct the day-to-day functions of nursing aides and support staff.
  • Perform administrative duties, such as documenting assessments, managing inventory, and requesting supplies and equipment.
  • Admit, transfer, and discharge residents as needed.
  • Perform emergency procedures, including CPR.
Requirements
  • Current licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the state of Tennessee.
  • Current CPR certification.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including possible overtime, shift changes, and weekends.
  • Ability to frequently lift objects up to 50 pounds.
  • Supervisory experience and ability to train, schedule, and assign work to support staff.
