Join Our Team as a Charge Nurse LPN

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Charge Nurse LPN to join our team at American Health Partners. As a Charge Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and leading a team of caregivers.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide personalized healthcare to residents, including prescribed treatments and medications.
  • Supervise and direct the day-to-day functions of nursing aides and support staff.
  • Perform administrative duties, such as documenting assessments, managing inventory, and requesting supplies and equipment.
  • Admit, transfer, and discharge residents as needed.
  • Perform emergency procedures, such as CPR.
Qualifications:
  • Currently licensed in the state of Tennessee as a licensed practical nurse (LPN).
  • Current CPR certification.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including possible overtime, shift changes, and weekends.
  • Ability to lift objects up to 50 pounds.
