Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at AHC Vanco. As a LPN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and supporting our nursing staff.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide personalized healthcare to residents, including prescribed treatments and procedures.
  • Supervise and direct nursing aides and support staff to ensure the comfort and safety of our residents.
  • Perform administrative duties, such as documenting assessments, managing inventory, and requesting supplies and equipment.
  • Admit, transfer, and discharge residents as needed.
  • Perform emergency procedures, such as CPR.
Requirements:
  • Current licensure in the state of Tennessee as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN).
  • Current CPR certification.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including possible overtime, shift changes, and weekends.
  • Ability to lift objects up to 50 pounds.
