Position Title: Analytical Instrumentation Engineer / Analytical Instruments Engineer / Analytical Lab Equipment Engineer (Maintenance & Support - Laboratory Analytical Instruments)

Number of Openings: 2

Work Arrangement: Fully Onsite, 5 days a week

Contract Duration: Long-Term

Client: HCL

Essential Qualifications: A minimum of 8 years of experience in analytical instrumentation, including proficiency in MS Dynamics, and maintenance & support of analytical instruments such as LC, Prep-HPLC, HPLC, UPLC, LC-MS, FTIR, Moisture Titrator, UV, and Spectrophotometer.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct routine maintenance, calibration, and troubleshooting of various analytical instruments.
  • Perform periodic audits to ensure all instruments maintain optimal performance with minimal downtime.
  • Investigate equipment failures and devise effective solutions.
  • Develop and enforce maintenance schedules, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and calibration protocols to comply with industry standards.
  • Maintain an up-to-date inventory of laboratory instruments.
  • Document all maintenance, calibration, and troubleshooting activities meticulously.
  • Stay informed about advancements in analytical instrumentation and recommend necessary upgrades or new acquisitions.
  • Assist in the selection, installation, and validation of new analytical instruments.
  • Collaborate with external vendors for repairs, maintenance, and procurement, ensuring adherence to service agreements and evaluating vendor performance.
