Position Title: Analytical Instrumentation Engineer / Analytical Instruments Engineer / Analytical Lab Equipment Engineer (Maintenance & Support - Laboratory Analytical Instruments)
Number of Openings: 2
Work Arrangement: Fully Onsite, 5 days a week
Contract Duration: Long-Term
Client: HCL
Essential Qualifications: A minimum of 8 years of experience in analytical instrumentation, including proficiency in MS Dynamics, and maintenance & support of analytical instruments such as LC, Prep-HPLC, HPLC, UPLC, LC-MS, FTIR, Moisture Titrator, UV, and Spectrophotometer.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine maintenance, calibration, and troubleshooting of various analytical instruments.
- Perform periodic audits to ensure all instruments maintain optimal performance with minimal downtime.
- Investigate equipment failures and devise effective solutions.
- Develop and enforce maintenance schedules, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and calibration protocols to comply with industry standards.
- Maintain an up-to-date inventory of laboratory instruments.
- Document all maintenance, calibration, and troubleshooting activities meticulously.
- Stay informed about advancements in analytical instrumentation and recommend necessary upgrades or new acquisitions.
- Assist in the selection, installation, and validation of new analytical instruments.
- Collaborate with external vendors for repairs, maintenance, and procurement, ensuring adherence to service agreements and evaluating vendor performance.
