Job Title: Deviation Management Specialist

Spectraforce Technologies Inc is seeking a highly skilled Deviation Management Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our quality assurance team, you will be responsible for managing deviations in a cGMP environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement deviation management procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Conduct thorough investigations of deviations and provide recommendations for corrective actions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve deviations and prevent future occurrences
  • Provide training and support to staff on deviation management procedures and regulatory requirements
  • Stay up-to-date with regulatory changes and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in an appropriate engineering or scientific field
  • Minimum of 4-8 years of experience in a cGMP environment, preferably in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry
  • Proven experience in writing investigations and providing recommendations for corrective actions
  • Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma methodologies and analytical problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
