Position Overview:
The Educational Site Coordinator is responsible for managing multiple classrooms and collaborating effectively with all team members. This role involves overseeing teaching personnel and fostering a constructive environment within the educational facilities. The Coordinator will actively promote inclusivity and enhance cultural awareness among staff and students.
Furthermore, the Educational Site Coordinator will cultivate a supportive social and emotional atmosphere that encourages teamwork, instills group pride, and addresses any conflicts that may arise on-site in a constructive manner.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education/Child Development or a related discipline, along with 24 units in Early Childhood Education/Child Development.
A minimum of 2 years of teaching experience.
Familiarity with principles and theories of Child Development.
Possession of a Site Supervisor Child Development Permit (or in progress).
Clear fingerprint background checks are mandatory prior to employment.
