The Opportunity

As a Member Support Specialist, you'll be the face of our organization, embodying our values of human connection, empathy, and exceptional service. You'll remove barriers to care, ensuring a truly exceptional in-office patient experience.

You'll be the steward of our office space, ensuring it reflects our brand and values. You'll also be the first point of contact for patient feedback and provide support as requested by our Leads, Office Manager, or in-office providers.

You'll be a strong team player, using your innovative problem-solving skills to tackle various tasks and challenges. You'll possess strong verbal and written communication skills, with a proven track record of persisting through change and consistently stepping up to take action on challenges.

Responsibilities
  • Use impeccable C-I-CARE in all patient interactions, ensuring a fluid and positive in-office experience through patient intake, same-day schedule management, and follow-up scheduling.
  • Contribute to team development through rounding, attending team huddles, and participating in team problem-solving.
  • Master our technology suite, including Slack, G-suite, Zoom, and our Electronic Medical Record System, to interact with team members and patients and complete daily work.
  • Perform opening and closing duties, daily office upkeep, and maintain the look and feel of both patient and employee-facing spaces.
Requirements
  • At least 1 year of experience in high-touch customer or patient-facing roles.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience working on collaborative, diverse, and feedback-driven multi-disciplinary teams.
  • A proven track record of persisting through change and consistently stepping up to take action on challenges.
  • Proficiency in computer technology, including typing, navigating the internet, and using multiple software systems simultaneously.

Physical Demands

This role requires mostly sedentary work duties, exerting up to ten pounds of force occasionally and/or small amounts of force frequently. Sedentary work typically involves sitting most of the time, but may involve walking or standing for brief periods.
