Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Banker to join our team at the Ballard Branch. As a Banker, you will be the face of the bank, providing exceptional customer service and processing transactions accurately and efficiently. You will also be responsible for actively referring bank products and services, selling bank products and services, and maintaining a high level of personal reliability and punctuality.

Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service and process transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Actively refer bank products and services to clients
  • Sell bank products and services via in-person and telephone conversations
  • Maintain a high level of personal reliability and punctuality
  • Work effectively as a team contributor on all assignments
Requirements
  • 3 or more months of job-related experience, including cash handling, client service, and sales
  • Previous Teller experience preferred
  • Strong organizational skills, basic skills in math, negotiation, and problem solving
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills, proper phone and email etiquette
  • Good interpersonal and relationship building skills, excellent customer service skills
