Job Summary:
The eDiscovery Technical Consultant provides expert technical services to support attorneys and paralegals in responding to discovery requests. You will manage case matters within an electronic discovery review and analysis platform, ensuring a consistent, repeatable, and legally defensible process for identifying, preserving, collecting, processing, and producing Electronically Stored Information (ESI).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage case matters within an electronic discovery review and analysis platform
  • Provide expert technical services to support attorneys and paralegals in responding to discovery requests
  • Ensure a consistent, repeatable, and legally defensible process for identifying, preserving, collecting, processing, and producing ESI
  • Coordinate with the Discovery IT support team on emerging technologies and recommend process improvements

Requirements:
  • Active and maintained Top Secret Federal or DoD security clearance
  • Three or more years of experience using eDiscovery platforms or equivalent software to perform collection of ESI
  • Working knowledge of Enterprise IT systems, such as MS Exchange, file servers, and SharePoint
  • Ability to write search criteria and/or database queries

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Strong oral and written communication skills with the ability to bridge legal requirements with technical capabilities
  • Demonstrated experience with ESI collection tools and/or eDiscovery Platforms (Clearwell, Relativity, or equivalent)
  • Familiarity with end-to-end lifecycle management of litigation support matters
  • Knowledge of legal framework that define civil and/or criminal electronic discovery practices
