Core Responsibilities
  • Facilitates the continuous operation of processing equipment by managing the flow of raw and finished products.
  • Evaluates sample results to ensure product quality and compliance with established standards, making necessary adjustments as required.
  • Monitors equipment alarms and responds appropriately to maintain operational safety.
  • Collects and processes samples in accordance with plant protocols, ensuring data accuracy.
  • Identifies and resolves operational issues by conducting thorough inspections of machinery and processes, reporting findings to management.
  • Adheres to safety protocols to minimize workplace injuries, utilizing personal protective equipment as mandated.
  • Collaborates with team members to enhance the efficiency of production workflows.

  • Maintains compliance with all relevant regulatory standards including FDA, GMP, and OSHA guidelines.
  • Proposes enhancements to operational methods by engaging with supervisors and fellow operators.
  • Participates in departmental meetings to discuss production metrics and operational challenges.
  • Performs routine maintenance on processing equipment to ensure optimal functionality.
  • Reports any safety hazards or equipment issues to supervisors immediately, including accidents or near misses.
  • Contributes to training initiatives to foster skill development within the team.
  • Arrives at work prepared to fulfill all job responsibilities effectively.
  • Practices good personal hygiene and safety awareness in the workplace.
