Arrow Staffing is seeking a reliable and well-rounded Manufacturing Operator to join our team in the lamination department. As a Machine Operator, you will assist with running machinery, inspecting and packaging finished products, and maintaining a clean and organized work area.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist with operating machinery for molding, lamination, embossing, block cutting, and wrapping
- Set up and power down machines before and after use
- Maintain productivity standards and verify parts are being produced correctly per customer orders
- Cut, bundle, wrap, stack, pack, assemble, and/or label materials per specific production instructions
- Assist team with additional warehouse/production duties as assigned
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow basic general safety procedures
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Able to read and write in English
- Must be able to use simple math, count, and use basic hand-held measuring tools
- Ability to work well independently with little supervision
- Ability to consistently lift, push, and/or pull up to 50 lbs
- Comfortable standing, walking, kneeling, squatting, and climbing steps regularly throughout their shift
- Tolerant of temperature changes
- Prior experience in manufacturing and as a machine operator
