Sales Director

At Fitness Connection, we're seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading our sales team to achieve revenue growth and drive business success.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead a high-performing sales team to achieve sales targets and revenue growth
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business results
- Recruit, train, and develop sales team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed
- Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address them
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
- Minimum 12 months of sales experience in the fitness industry; internal promotion candidates must have at least 6 months of experience as a Fitness Consultant
- Proven track record of sales success and ability to drive revenue growth
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
