We're looking for a seasoned Technical Support and Customer Success Agent to drive business growth and deliver exceptional customer experiences at truDigital. As a key member of our team, you'll empower clients to succeed with our digital signage solutions, ensuring seamless system performance and maximizing ROI.

About the Opportunity
  • As the primary point of contact for customer support inquiries, you'll provide timely and effective resolutions to complex technical challenges.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies that drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Leverage your expertise to onboard and train new customers on our digital signage platform, ensuring they achieve their business objectives.
  • Proactively monitor customer accounts, addressing concerns and requests in a timely and personalized manner.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in a technical support, customer success, or client services role.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a logical, analytical mindset.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Familiarity with digital signage technology, software platforms, or SaaS is a plus.
  • Experience using CRM systems and support ticketing software (Freshdesk, Zendesk, etc.).
