Sunbelt Staffing is seeking a skilled OASIS Nurse Specialist to join our team in a Home Health contract position. As a seasoned nursing professional, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care and expertise in OASIS-C Assessment Documentation.
Key Responsibilities- Utilize advanced knowledge of OASIS-C Assessment Documentation to ensure accurate and timely completion of patient records.
- Manage a caseload of at least 5-7 patients per day and 25-30 patients per week, providing exceptional care and support.
- Travel to patients' homes in the assigned area, providing personalized attention and care.
- Minimum 2 years of recent Home Health experience, with expertise in OASIS-C Assessment Documentation.
- Strong case management skills, with the ability to manage a high-volume caseload.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
- Associates Degree in Nursing or Bachelors Degree in Nursing, with a current Kentucky Registered Nurse License or compact state license.
- American Heart Association Basic Life Support certification.
This is a full-time, contract position with a 13-week commitment. The work schedule is 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, 40 hours per week, with some on-call and weekend requirements.
