Position Title:
Assistant Culinary Manager

Reports to:
Owner, Executive Chef, and General Manager

Overview:

In this role, you will be responsible for supervising all culinary and pastry operations with minimal oversight. You will collaborate closely with the Executive Chef to ensure the smooth running of the kitchen and assist in managing the culinary team. Your commitment to maintaining exceptional food quality and hygiene standards is crucial. You will embody the values of The Fish Hopper through your professional and positive attitude.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Oversee food and pastry production processes.
2. Support the Executive Chef in daily operations.
3. Assist in training and supervising kitchen staff.
4. Uphold high standards of food quality and sanitation.

Requirements:

* Must possess a negative TB test.

* Must have a valid Food Handler's Card or be willing to obtain one.

* Compensation is commensurate with experience.

* Availability for all shifts, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays is essential.

* Health insurance options available upon eligibility.
