Discover Lodging Management, Inc. is seeking a seasoned Corporate Director of Revenue Management to spearhead revenue optimization efforts across a diverse portfolio of 22 hotels. As a key leader, you will leverage your analytical expertise and strategic mindset to drive sales growth and enhance profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Revenue Management Operations: Develop and implement revenue management practices and procedures to drive revenue growth.
  • Revenue Opportunities: Identify and capitalize on new revenue streams through innovative strategies.
  • Yield Management: Apply yield management techniques to adjust strategies and optimize revenue.
  • Profit Maximization: Develop strategies to optimize guest room profitability and drive revenue growth.
  • Pricing and Inventory: Oversee pricing, positioning, and inventory management for all hotels to maximize revenue.
  • Stakeholder Relationships: Foster productive relationships with District Directors and General Managers.
  • Market Analysis: Analyze STAR data to assist in development of RevPAR Index forecasts.
  • Problem Solving: Evaluate market information to identify issues and propose effective solutions.
  • Forecasting and Budgeting: Participate in revenue forecasting and budget creation.
  • OTA Management: Strategize room availability and pricing across different distribution channels and manage OTA content.
  • Daily Analysis: Conduct daily pick-up analysis, adjust strategies, and report findings.
  • Collaborative Reviews: Lead virtual revenue management and marketing meetings with hotel teams regularly.
  • System Oversight: Ensure proper configuration and functionality of all related systems across properties.

Additional Duties:

  • Promotional Support: Create and distribute advertising and promotional campaigns to drive revenue growth.
  • Event Coordination: Organize and host special promotions and events to attract new customers.
  • Public Relations: Collaborate on PR, social media, and website initiatives to enhance the company's image.

Qualifications:

  • Associate's degree from an accredited institution (Bachelor's preferred)
  • Certified Revenue Management Executive (CRME) certification is preferred
  • Minimum 2 years of hotel operational experience
  • Familiarity with SPH, Opera, SkyTouch PMS
  • Knowledge of OTA platforms
  • Proficient in Microsoft 365
  • Positive, enthusiastic, and collaborative mindset
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
