Job Description: Clinical Laboratory Coordinator

As a Clinical Laboratory Coordinator at OrthoAlaska LLC, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our laboratory. Your responsibilities will include performing patient laboratory testing, calibrating equipment, and maintaining a safe work environment.

We offer a competitive salary of $65,000 - $85,000 per year, based on experience. Our benefits include comprehensive medical, dental, life, and disability insurance, as well as profit sharing, 401(k), and paid time off starting at three weeks per year.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform waived and moderate-complexity patient laboratory testing.
  • Perform microscopic techniques and procedures.
  • Process patient samples for testing.

Requirements:
  • Medical Laboratory Technician (ASCP, AMT), Clinical Laboratory Technician (NCA), Medical Laboratory Scientist (ASCP, AMT) or equivalent certification.
  • Minimum of one to two years of clinical laboratory experience.
  • Ability to work independently and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
