Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Practice Administrator to join our team at Arkansas Dental Centers. As a key member of our administrative staff, you will be responsible for supervising employees, managing patient flow, and ensuring the smooth operation of our practice.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Employee Supervision: Oversee the work of employees, provide guidance, and address any concerns or issues that may arise.
  • Patient Flow Management: Assist in managing patient flow, ensure timely appointments, and minimize waiting times.
  • Claims and Insurance Processing: Process insurance claims, identify unpaid claims, and resolve issues in a timely manner.
  • Office Administration: Maintain accurate records, manage supplies, and perform other administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the healthcare industry.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, ability to multitask, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Products.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.

Estimated Salary: $50,000 - $70,000 per year, depending on location and experience. This salary reflects the value we place on dedicated professionals who can drive results and contribute to our success.
