Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee all essential duties of a Superintendent.
  • Report directly to the Project Executive and maintain daily reporting.
  • Conduct weekly safety meetings.
  • Interpret and analyze construction plans and specifications.
  • Manage ongoing fieldwork and ensure quality standards are met.
  • Participate in jobsite construction meetings.
  • Maintain project schedules and budgets.
  • Foster positive relationships with Owners, Architects, and Contractors.
  • Provide value-engineered solutions when applicable.
  • Manage project deliverables effectively.
  • Mentor project staff to create a collaborative team environment.

Skills & Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 5 years as a Superintendent on reputable projects involving underground pipelines, utilities, earthworks, or heavy civil construction.
  • Experience in projects focused on underground pipelines, utilities, heavy civil works, piping, earthworks, and excavations.
  • Preferred background includes direct experience in the trades.
  • A degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is advantageous.
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
