Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team at Security Finance. As a key member of our branch team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, promoting our financial services, and contributing to the overall success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Provide outstanding customer service to clients, responding to their inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring their financial needs are met.
  • Financial Services Promotion: Market and promote our financial services, including installment loans and income tax preparation, to existing and potential clients.
  • Loan and Tax Preparation: Prepare and process loans and income tax returns for clients, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with branch team members to achieve sales and customer service goals, share knowledge, and support each other in providing exceptional service.

Requirements:

  • Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in a customer-facing role, with a proven track record of providing excellent customer service.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients, colleagues, and management.
  • Financial Knowledge: Basic knowledge of financial services and products, with a willingness to learn and develop skills in this area.
  • Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, with a positive attitude and a commitment to achieving team goals.
