Mentorship Program Coordinator:

The Musicians' Mentoring Network is dedicated to assisting songwriters, composers, and performers in advancing their careers through guidance from seasoned professionals.

This initiative is managed by Help Musicians in collaboration with The Ivors Academy, offering opportunities for individuals to participate as either mentees or mentors.

The program encompasses eight hours of personalized mentoring over a six-month period, complemented by a wealth of resources, workshops, and networking events designed to foster career growth. To ensure accessibility, the Mentorship Program operates entirely online, allowing mentors and mentees to connect from anywhere across the UK.


During the six-month period, participants will:
  • Participate in a 90-minute online orientation session
  • Access comprehensive guides and introductory videos
  • Engage with their mentoring partner in a 30-minute introductory meeting
  • Complete eight hours of one-on-one mentoring via video conferencing
  • Join optional networking events with peers, including meet-ups
  • Attend optional webinars led by industry experts and workshops focused on business skills
  • Fill out midpoint and final evaluation surveys
