Your role will involve engaging with members through our 24-hour Call Center, ensuring they receive the assistance they need while fostering strong relationships.
Schedule:
This position requires commitment to a four-day work week, with ten-hour shifts. Your days off will include either Saturday or Sunday, along with two consecutive days off during the week.
Available Shifts:
8am-5pm
9am-6pm
10am-7pm
12pm-9pm
Summary:
We are looking for individuals who are charismatic, friendly, and skilled problem solvers. If you thrive in a team-oriented environment and are passionate about helping others, this role is for you.
Your primary goal will be to ensure our members feel valued and supported, leaving each interaction with confidence and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding service to credit union members, embodying our brand's positive and confident voice.
- Address member inquiries and issues effectively, whether related to online banking, account details, or general questions.
- Assist with loan applications as needed.
- Ensure follow-through on commitments, delivering on promises to our members.
Qualifications:
Ideal Candidates Will Have:
- A friendly and outgoing personality, with a genuine love for helping people.
- Flexibility to work one of the three available shifts.
- Previous experience in retail or customer service, with a preference for those with call center or financial institution backgrounds.
- Strong computer skills, enabling quick and efficient transactions while maintaining a high-quality experience for our members.
- A high school diploma or GED is required; an Associate's degree in business or a related field is a plus.
