Position Overview: We are looking for a skilled Event Planner to become a vital part of our expanding team. This role involves identifying, engaging, and securing clients for our diverse properties or off-premise catering services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage leads and conduct venue tours.
  • Facilitate client meetings, including planning sessions and tastings.
  • Generate event orders, floor plans, and other essential documentation.
  • Collect signed event orders and contracts.
  • Handle invoicing and payment collection.
  • Conduct post-event follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, along with a minimum of three years in a related field such as venue management, catering, or hotel event sales. Strong technical skills, excellent written and verbal communication, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment are essential.
