Director of Execution Strategy

Estimated Salary: $250,000 - $300,000 per annum
We are seeking a highly skilled Head of Execution Team to join our team at Trexquant Investment. As a key member of our trading operations, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the daily executions, identifying opportunities for improvement, and implementing strategies to enhance our trading performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee seamless execution of trades across various asset classes, including equities, futures, and other instruments
- Analyze execution data to identify areas for improvement and develop tools to optimize trading performance
- Collaborate with senior research team members to design and implement trading experiments
- Develop and implement processes for control, trade support, and automated prosecution of the trade lifecycle
Requirements:
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Ph.D. degrees in Mathematics, Statistical Modeling, Computer Science, or other related STEM fields
- 5+ years of experience working in an electronic execution role within a quantitative trading company
- Strong quantitative skills, detail-oriented, and proficiency in Python programming
