Job Description

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant General Manager to join our team at Halo Country LLC. As an Assistant General Manager, you will be responsible for assisting in the management of our restaurant operations, including training and supporting employees, managing inventory, and ensuring excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operations Management: Assist in managing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including supervising employees, managing inventory, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
  • Employee Development: Train and support employees to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide excellent customer service and maintain high-quality food preparation.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that all customers receive excellent service, including responding to customer complaints and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels to ensure that we have the necessary supplies to maintain high-quality food preparation and customer service.
  • Financial Management: Assist in managing the financial aspects of the restaurant, including budgeting, forecasting, and controlling costs.

Requirements:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in hospitality, business, or a related field preferred.
  • Experience: At least 6 months of restaurant management experience, with a proven track record of success in managing operations, employee development, and customer service.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire employees to provide excellent customer service. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

Work Environment:

  • Physical Demands: Frequent standing, walking, and lifting, with occasional exposure to heat and hot liquid shortening while cooking.
