Job Title: Assistant General Manager

At Halo Country LLC, we are seeking an experienced and motivated Assistant General Manager to join our team. As an Assistant General Manager, you will play a key role in the success of our restaurant by assisting in managing daily operations, leading a team of employees, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage Daily Operations: Assist in overseeing daily restaurant operations, including managing staff, inventory, and customer service.
  • Lead a Team: Supervise and train a team of employees to ensure they are meeting performance expectations and providing excellent customer service.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that all customers receive exceptional service, including resolving any issues or complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Inventory Management: Assist in managing inventory levels, including ordering supplies and monitoring stock levels.
  • Staffing: Assist in scheduling and managing staff, including training and developing employees to meet performance expectations.
Requirements:
  • Experience: 6 months of restaurant management experience or 1 year of entry-level retail management experience.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven leadership and supervisory skills, including the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to effectively communicate with employees, customers, and management.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to resolve problems and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Time Management Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a timely and efficient manner.
Working Conditions:
  • Physical Demands: Frequent standing, bending, stooping, lifting, stretching, and over-head lifting may be required.
  • Environmental Conditions: Frequent exposure to heat and hot liquid shortening while cooking, and occasional exposure to extreme temperatures based on variable weather conditions.
