Job Title: Assistant General Manager

At Halo Country LLC, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant General Manager to join our team. As an Assistant General Manager, you will play a key role in managing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service and that our team members are supported and empowered to succeed.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Guest Service: Ensure that all guests receive exceptional service, responding promptly to their needs and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Team Management: Supervise and train team members, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are equipped to deliver excellent service and meet our high standards.
  • Operations: Oversee the preparation and presentation of food and beverages, ensuring that all menu items meet our quality and presentation standards.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor and control inventory levels, ordering supplies and managing stock to ensure that we have the necessary resources to meet demand.
  • Financial Management: Assist with financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and controlling costs.
Requirements:
  • Experience: 6 months of restaurant management experience or 1 year of entry-level retail management experience.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven leadership and supervisory skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with guests, team members, and management.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to resolve conflicts and make sound judgments.
