Job Title: Property Manager

Job Summary:
As a Property Manager at Multifamily, you will be responsible for maintaining our communities to a market-ready standard, ensuring high-level service to our residents and prospects. You will oversee all operations, including maintenance, capital improvements, lease administration, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, collections, evictions, vacancy anticipation, marketing, lease renewals, service contracts, expense control, audits, and more.

Key Responsibilities:
Ensure the smooth running of our community in a fast-paced environment
Oversee all operations, including maintenance, capital improvements, and lease administration
Provide superior customer service and communication to our residents and prospects
Complete lease/renewal paperwork to ensure completion to company standards
Track and evaluate advertising and client traffic
Develop, mentor, lead, and manage a high-performing team
Drive revenues with thorough understanding and analysis of competition and development of creative marketing programs
Lead by example, instilling, maintaining, and modeling Cushman & Wakefield's mission to be the best national management company

Requirements:
3+ years of Property Management experience
3+ years of Management experience
Bachelor's Degree preferred
Real Estate License preferred

Work Environment:
This job operates in a professional office environment. Regularly required to travel. The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.

Compensation:
$76,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
