About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Intern to join our team at Kimberly-Clark. As a Quality Assurance Intern, you will be responsible for assisting in Quality Assurance activities, supporting internal audit programs, and ensuring compliance with ISO 9001 and 22716 standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in Quality Assurance activities, including audits and corrective action plans.
  • Support internal audit programs, including development of audit schedules and execution of audits.
  • Ensure activities are in compliance with ISO 9001 and 22716 standards and company quality assurance standards.
  • Perform production and quality system audits.
  • Develop and execute effective quality training programs.
  • Provide clear direction for development of Validation Management Program.
  • Support Lean problem solving and trend analysis.
  • Conduct performance reviews and ensure team has critical support/skills for development.

Requirements

  • Students must have completed 2-3 years toward a four-year college degree in Supply Chain, Business, Logistics Management, Manufacturing Operations, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
  • Completion of 1-1/2 years of college courses in relevant field of study, including quality, regulatory affairs, data analytics, and/or manufacturing.
  • Minimum 3.0 out of 4.0 overall GPA is preferred.
  • Solid knowledge of Windows, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
  • A high degree of analytical skill is required.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
