Job Summary

Fincantieri Marine Group is seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team at our Marinette, Wisconsin location. As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will be responsible for monitoring and evaluating our Quality Management System to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and industry best practices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement process improvement initiatives to enhance quality and efficiency
  • Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions
  • Provide training and guidance to employees on quality procedures and protocols
  • Monitor and analyze quality metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as quality assurance, engineering, or business
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a quality assurance or process improvement role
  • Strong knowledge of quality management systems and regulatory standards
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
Preferred Qualifications
  • ASQ Certified Quality Engineer certification
  • Experience with quality management software and tools
  • Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and practices
