Electrifying Project Manager for Renewable Energy Initiatives

Mortenson, a leading builder and developer, seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead EV and Microgrid Infrastructure projects. This role requires a strong background in project management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with various stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities- Manage project financial health, including EPC contract negotiations, vendor procurement, and budget management.
- Lead subcontracts and suppliers, overseeing trade partner selections and contract buyouts.
- Provide leadership direction to project teams, including Assistant Project Managers and Project Engineers.
- Foster positive relationships with owners, architects, and on-site representatives.
- Minimum six years of related experience, with proven ability to manage complex projects.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to interpret construction law and business practices.
- Possess Microsoft Office and project management software skills at an intermediate level.
- Ability to communicate Mortenson policies and maintain a professional attitude.
The estimated salary range for this role is $108,000 - $162,000, with potential annual bonuses based on performance. Benefits include medical, dental, 401k, paid time off, and life insurance.
