We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager with a proven track record of coordinating multiple complex projects simultaneously.
Job DescriptionThis role involves providing high-level management of safety, quality, risk, and compliance for the project and team members. The successful candidate will have a strong ability to anticipate problems, critically assess situations, and creatively problem solve.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, organizing, and supervising craft activities in a particular area of discipline. They will also develop and enhance customer relationships by providing exceptional service.
- Develop and manage project schedules, ensuring timely completion and adherence to contract documents.
- Collaborate with design engineers to resolve discrepancies and ensure constructability.
- Participate in site logistics planning, equipment management, and labor resource allocation.
- Supervise project partners, craft foremen, and crews, mentoring and managing their performance.
This role requires a strong focus on customer satisfaction, organizational skills, flexibility, and effective communication. The ideal candidate will possess a basic understanding of construction law and generally accepted business practices.
Requirements- Minimum eight years of construction experience, with two years of supervisory experience.
- Proven ability to fulfill responsibilities for multiple complex projects.
- Detail-oriented and organized, with excellent time management skills.
- Possess a valid driver's license and ability to travel.
The estimated annual salary for this position is $120,000 - $150,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
