Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced School Administrator to join our team at the Archdiocese of Baltimore. This role involves assisting the Principal with day-to-day operations, overseeing instruction, and ensuring that programs align with the school's mission and philosophy.

About the Role

The successful candidate will assist the Principal in defining and communicating the school's mission, goals, and expectations. They will provide instructional leadership for the implementation of the curriculum and assist with supervision and mentoring of faculty and staff.

Responsibilities
  • Assist the Principal in leading the School Leadership team
  • Oversee instruction to ensure alignment with the school's mission and philosophy
  • Support faculty in supervision of students and administration of the Code of Conduct
  • Determine and implement school organization, student placement, and evaluation
  • Communicate effectively with students, staff, parents, and community
Requirements
  • Practicing Catholic with a commitment to Catholic education
  • Master's degree in educational administration or related field
  • Appropriate certification and teaching experience in Catholic schools
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Compensation

The estimated salary for this role is $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience. Benefits include health insurance, retirement plan, and opportunities for professional growth.
