Athletic Recruiting Specialist II

Develop and create the Louisville Football brand in collaboration with the vision of the Head Football Coach, Football staff, and External Affairs staff.
Key Responsibilities:- Conceptualize and implement strategic creative media recruiting plans for prospective student-athletes.
- Manage a team of multiple full-time content creators and student workers.
- Coordinate official and unofficial visit photoshoot sets in collaboration with the creative staff and recruiting staff.
- Manage all Louisville Football social media channels across platforms.
- Serve as the liaison between the football staff and creative staff.
- Collaborate with others in the athletic department on publishing content for Louisville Football.
- Working experience in a collegiate, Division I FBS football program.
- Working knowledge of XOS or other related digital coaching software, Hudl, and Twitter.
- Effective administrative and organizational skills and ability to prioritize time-sensitive tasks and projects according to deadlines.
