Position Overview:

We are in search of a passionate Pediatric Rehabilitation Specialist who is eager to work with children, delivering clinic-based therapy services. This role will involve working at our various locations on designated days.

Key Duties:

  • Conduct assessments of patients in accordance with established guidelines.
  • Design and execute effective treatment plans to achieve desired functional outcomes.
  • Maintain documentation that meets departmental standards for content, accuracy, and timeliness.
  • Engage family members and caregivers in the treatment process, providing education tailored to their learning needs.

Required Qualifications:

  • Graduation from an accredited institution with a Bachelor of Science, basic master's degree, or doctorate in physical therapy.
  • Valid Colorado licensure in Physical Therapy or eligibility for licensure with proof of application.
  • Understanding of pediatric therapy principles and practices.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective information exchange.
  • Positive interpersonal abilities and capacity to work within a multidisciplinary team.
  • At least one year of pediatric experience or relevant physical therapy experience preferred.
