Lead Dentist Role at Aspen Dental

This is a unique opportunity to join Aspen Dental as a Lead Dentist, where you will be responsible for managing clinical operations and providing exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a patient-centric team and assume excellent quality of care for all patients
  • Conduct comprehensive full mouth exams and diagnose dental conditions
  • Offer treatment planning options and discuss them with patients
  • Provide high-quality clinical treatments with excellence and efficiency
  • Maintain an awareness of the budget and work in conjunction with Operations team to attain financial objectives
  • Mentor and coach new dentists and an entire team of dental professionals
  • Keep abreast of new developments in dentistry through continued education and professional development
  • Network with professional groups, dental associations, and dental societies to represent Aspen Dental-branded practices in the greater community

Qualifications:
  • Must be a DDS or DMD from an accredited school
