Job SummaryThe successful candidate will provide primary care to long and short-term residents at our skilled nursing facility. This is a part-time/weekend position that offers an excellent salary commensurate with experience.
Responsibilities- Assess patient health by visiting patients, performing physical examinations, and obtaining medical histories.
- Collaborate with medical attending/physicians and nursing home staff to provide high-quality care.
- Build relationships with residents and families, educating and formulating evidence-based care plans.
- Comply with federal, state, and local regulations by staying up-to-date on legislation and enforcing adherence to requirements.
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment by following procedures and aligning with the organization's core values.
