Rome Memorial Hospital is seeking a skilled Clinical Leader to oversee the operational management of our acute care unit. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for promoting an environment of excellent patient care and ensuring compliance with all relevant healthcare standards and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership and guidance to nursing staff to promote evidence-based practice and improve patient outcomes.
- Develop and implement operational plans to achieve unit goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
- Monitor and report on unit performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices, applying knowledge to inform unit decisions and strategies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or related field.
- Current NYS licensure and 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and engage staff.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
