Rome Health is seeking a skilled LPN to join our Wound Care Center team.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide wound-related patient care under the direction of the RN/Provider, adhering to BLS and hospital protocols.
- Assist in vein clinic as assigned after completing Healogics Vein Clinic training.
- Support intake and discharge processes.
- Contribute to case management under the RN's direction, following state regulations.
- Gather patient information and necessary equipment and supplies for the RN or provider.
- Report quality of care issues to the Clinical Nurse Manager.
- Communicate with team members regarding therapeutic interventions to ensure quality care.
- Perform hyperbaric oxygen therapy-related duties after completing Healogics hyperbaric training.
- Assume hyperbaric safety director duties after completing Healogics hyperbaric safety director training.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Graduate from an accredited practical nursing program or state-approved educational program.
- Current LPN or LVN license in the state of practice.
- Wound care experience preferred.
