About the Role

NFP is a leading provider of commercial insurance solutions, and we're seeking a highly skilled Client Services Manager to join our team. As a key member of our commercial insurance team, you will be responsible for managing and growing our clients' books of business, working closely with our producers and account management team to ensure seamless renewal processes, and delivering exceptional client service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, responding to their requests and ensuring timely resolution of issues.
  • Collaborate with producers to develop and implement client communication strategies, addressing concerns and ensuring effective renewal processes.
  • Present renewals to clients, either independently or in conjunction with producers, and document meeting takeaways and next steps.
  • Assist producers in obtaining full submissions from prospects, tracking leads, and preparing and editing proposals for presentation to clients.
  • Utilize Salesforce to manage leads and track client interactions.
Requirements
  • 8+ years of middle to large market commercial line experience within the NY tri-state area.
  • P&C Insurance Broker's license required.
  • Experience with EPIC and Salesforce systems highly desired.
  • Strong understanding of all areas of commercial coverage, with excellent communication and follow-up skills.
