Cattleshed is looking for a dedicated Culinary Operations Supervisor to manage the food service processes and back of house functions within our establishment. The successful candidate will uphold our standards regarding operational procedures, food handling, cleanliness, profitability, and team dynamics.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain daily cleanliness, sanitation, and customer service excellence
- Ensure compliance with standard operating procedures, recipe guidelines, and safety measures
- Develop and oversee kitchen staffing schedules to align with labor cost objectives
- Lead kitchen personnel, conduct inventory assessments, and track food expenditures
- Foster vendor partnerships and uphold quality benchmarks
- Manage food storage, labeling, and preparation protocols
- Assist in the recruitment, training, and development of back of house staff
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in kitchen management within the food service sector
- Exceptional leadership and communication abilities
- Familiarity with health and sanitation standards
- Willingness to work evenings and weekends
Physical Demands
