Job Summary

As an Optician at Walmart, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our members receive the best possible eye care experience. You will be responsible for assisting customers with purchasing decisions, measuring and adjusting frames and lenses, and completing eyewear and contact lens orders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive shopping experience for our members
  • Assist customers with purchasing decisions and provide recommendations on frames and lenses
  • Measure and adjust frames and lenses to ensure a proper fit
  • Complete eyewear and contact lens orders and ensure accurate processing
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace and adhere to company policies and procedures

Requirements
