SVS Vision, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Optical Manager to join our team. As an Optical Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of eye care professionals to provide exceptional customer service and ensure the highest level of quality in our optical services.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage a team of opticians, optometrists, and other eye care professionals to deliver outstanding customer service and achieve sales goals.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction, increase sales, and enhance the overall shopping experience.
- Collaborate with the store management team to achieve business objectives and implement company policies and procedures.
- Provide training and coaching to staff members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide exceptional customer service and meet sales targets.
- Monitor and analyze sales data, customer feedback, and other metrics to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address them.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- 3+ years of experience in a leadership role in the optical industry.
- Proven track record of success in leading high-performing teams and achieving sales goals.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Strong knowledge of optical products, services, and industry trends.
